The Genius in you! (The G in you)

(The G in you) - We all have something special in all of us that makes us unique and different from one and another but one common thing we all have in general is the MIND. The mind is very important and in my opinion a creative mind is one of the greatest asset anyone can have. It baffles me and saddens my heart when I hear someone says to them self I am dumb or to someone else, you are dumb because we already have an asset deposited in us, the mind. The mind needs to be fed and exercised to be active in order for it to be creative. All you need is a creative mind and you will see how the genius in you takes over and transforms all you touch into gold, assets, record breaking achievements and above all fulfillment.

There is a G in us all and we just need to maintain a creative mind, some creativity might sound and look dumb to others at the initial and early stage, but remember the story of www.Facebook.com , apple.com , www.Microsoft.com, twitter.com and many more on how their creativity was mocked and criticized by others. Today their creativity has revolutionized the world and they are called Genius by those who thought they were dumb back then.

Young minds - engage your mind positively, express your creativity and ideas and let the G in you blossoms. Apple Genius Bar.

Fuel for Motivation

Entrepreneurship normally requires individuals to have high levels of motivation when planning and starting a new business.
There is no simple formula for motivation — you must keep a open viewpoint on human nature. There is a complex array of forces steering the direction of each person and these forces cannot always be seen or studied. In addition, if the same forces are steering two different people, each one may act differently. Knowing that each person may react to different needs will guide your decisions and actions in certain situations. While many types of motivation exist in the business environment, internal motivation may be thought of as an individual’s personal “drive.” This informal description describes an individual’s personal character traits for achieving goals and creating a successful business.

A person's motivation is a combination of desire and energy directed at achieving a goal. It is the cause of action. Influencing someone's motivation means getting them to want to do what you know must be done. (U.S. Army Handbook, 1973).

People can be motivated by such forces as beliefs, values, interests, fear, and worthy causes. Some of these forces are internal, such as needs, interests, and beliefs. Others are external, such as danger, the environment, or pressure from a loved one. An individual’s personal drive is often the starting point of motivation. This drive helps individuals focus on specific goals they wish to achieve or how they wish to improve their life.

PROUD TO BE AN EKITIARIAN

Though I grew up in Lagos state, a western part of Nigeria in Africa and currently  I reside in the states - I have always called myself an Ekiti boy. As it is a known fact in Africa that a child claims same origin as his or her father but uniquely in my own case both of my parents came from Ekiti State .
I am most impressed with the good works and great transformation going on right now in Ekiti State , and I give kudos to Governor Kayode Fayemi who is amongst one of the young vibrant Governors we have in Nigeria today.
I am Ékiti !! I am very proud to be a native of Ekiti State .

It starts with me, it starts with you - We can do it right and we can give back! My charge to the young folks out there is that we can make our dreams come true, we can even dream big! All it takes is just one idea, motivation, perseverance and hard work.
Let us be inspired and motivated for I am inspired by the good works and examples set by Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State .
